   Tell me about yourself?
   Tell me 2 negative qualities about yourself? (this question is actually really hard)

   I have had some people ask me off the wall questions during interviews like:
   How many washer and dryers do you think are in the state of California?
   How many red cars do you see on your way to work?

   Those types of questions are not about getting the right answer, but more of how they go about getting their answer. It more of challenges them to think on their feet and you can kind of see their thought process and how their mind works. After they give you the answer, ask them how they came up with that number.

   instead... ask them if they are having a good day... if they say yes... its an absolute lie because they are getting interviewed today and interviews suck
