    i just got notice of the new benefits rates for 2008, and a small piece of my soul died. my medical insurance is going up from $220 a month (yes i pay out the ass because i'm a part-time employee - full-time people pay like $20 a month!) to $292.80!! oh man. and since i've only been here 5 months, i don't get a pay raise til the end of august! this just goes to show that working for a living sucks hard :(

    If it makes you feel any better Carolynn...
    I pay a HELL of a lot more for "small business" health insurance...
    And it only covers me, my brother & my two nephews!

    I feel raped every month when they take it out of our account!

    :(

    dude did you hear the sad story of my computer? i hope brett remembers his charger, cuz mine fucking DIED. my battery died at the end of class on tuesday, and when i went home to charge it, it didn't charge. charger is broken. thankfully dell outsources their shit to some nice indian people, who are hooking me up with a new one. but...BOTH of my batteries are dead and i've been without a computer (except at work) for 2 days! i'm so dependent on it - it's ridiculous!

    ur right though... the indians that dell uses are awesome. helllla nice.

    I bought my dad a refurbished monitor a few years ago... i called them up and said it was glowing @ night and they were like NO problem we are shipping you a new one...

    bam shipped a brand new monitor in a box that included a packing slip... put the old monitor in that box, slapped on the packing slip... called DHL... they picked it up and everythign was done in like a week.
