    At least if there is cheese in there I can't taste it and we all know that I effing love cheese!

    I'm willing to put money on the fact that this is just a cream filling and not a mascarpone filling... but if you don't like mascarpone either then you should be ashamed to call your self an Italian!

    There are MULTIPLE recipes for canoli people... get with it!!!

    LM... you're going to kill me, but...I'm pretty sure Romolo's has a ricotta filling -- but honestly ... ricotta and mascarpone are the sweets of the cheese world!! Emily ... I will be very sad if you go down in history for not trying these Italian masterpieces of yumminess!!
