    after that costco run i have 6.5 pounds of chicken (or "chicken titties" as mario calls them). what are some good recipes? i'm looking for something that's simple or moderate in difficulty, but doesn't take tooooo much time to make.

    thaw one out and cut it into strips

    cup up a carrot, an onion, and a couple potatoes...

    throw all of it into a pyrex or pan, season it... drop a few garlic cloves... lots of olive oil...

    bake.
